You know, I set a Google Alert for “endgame+concert” a couple years ago hoping (knowing) that Marvel, Disney was seeing the popularity of Lord Of The Rings in Concert, Star Wars in Concert, and other popular movie franchises accompanied by a world famous orchestra. It was a matter of time that Disney would put out an Avengers: Endgame in concert.
Now that dream is coming true. Marvel Studios announced on February 6th the “Infinity Saga Concert Experience” at the iconic Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. This landmark event celebrates the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s epic journey, spanning the MCU’s first 3 phases. Officially dubbed the Infinity Saga; it includes the 23 films from 2008’s “Iron Man” all the way to 2019’s “Avengers: Endgame.”
The concert, featuring the renowned Los Angeles Philharmonic, promises to offer a unique perspective and epic live music on the Infinity Saga, bringing these stories to life like never before. Scheduled for only two nights, August 30 and August 31, both at 8 p.m. PT, fans can expect a mesmerizing blend of cinema and live music. Tickets to “Infinity Saga Concert” Go On Sale May 7th
So as soon as the event was announced, I started looking for tickets, but only could find tickets that were part of a larger ticket package. If you’re like me and eager to witness this unprecedented event, tickets are only available now through a subscription package on the Hollywood Bowl website. Hollywood Bowl is offering these 5-concert packages so you can grab tickets early. It’s pricey at $390 per package as of this post. In the “Infinity Saga” ticket package included tickets to Disney ’80s-’90s Celebration in Concert, Chaka Khan, India.Arie, and Boyz II Men.
If I actually lived in Los Angeles, I wouldn’t mind seeing a few of these, but I don’t. I’ll be flying in for the weekend just to re-experience Endgame Portals scene live with other crazy diehards. You know… this:
