It happened. As we predicted, the 2016-17 Fall/Winter Zara sale and markdown extravaganza started the day after Christmas. Many not all over, but it did in the United States!
Every time a Zara sale is coming up, we begin to fret a little. We realize a lot of Zara maniacs rely on our updated information so they can get to the sale first when the reduced-priced items are still neatly-folded. We liken ourselves to fivethirtyeight.com when it comes to Zara sales; priding ourselves on providing accurate predictions around the who, what, when and why.
Early on, it didn’t look like it was going to happen for our December 26th, 2016 prediction, but late reports came in from our readers saying that the sale commenced online and in-stores. For men, the sale is broken up by the following categories:

We know 2016 wasn’t a very good year for the vast majority of people, and that included our Zara sale insights.
