If you are lucky and you are richer, you can rent a property right in the immediate vicinity of this park and maybe get one of those famous keys of the park, which not just anyone can get to explore. Of course, you will pay more for renting an apartment near the park, but if you decide to live a little further away from the park, the price will decrease.
It is a part of the city that can be described as perhaps one of the best because it is within walking distance of Chelsea, East Village, NoHo or Union Square. So you don’t have to use the metro or public transport very often.
