Have your partner sit with their back against the wall in the wall-sit position, then face away from them before squatting back into their lap. It will take some practice and it isn’t the sort of position that you can keep up for long if you are out of shape – but it’s worth a try!
The missionary blank
The missionary position is often referred to as being the most boring sex position of them all but you can mix it up quite nicely with this variation. The woman lies down on her back in the traditional missionary position, while the man climbs on top and leans over her in the plank position.
