Zara isn’t an up-and-coming player in the fashion industry anymore. The company is the big dog when it comes to fast casual fashion and their impact is even affecting higher end labels globally.
In the last week, I’ve eaten at Pokéworks a couple times and really appreciate the poke-focused restaurant’s raw fish bowls. Keep in mind that this follows a 10-day trip to Hawaii.
For nearly two years, I’ve avoided The PokéSpot, Wisefish, Red Poke or The Poke Spot (Los Angeles) and other poke fast casual spots.

We love sweetgreen, too, but admittedly their salads can get pricey. If you’ve been to sweetgreen more than a few times, you’ve probably spent anywhere from $12-15. Not me. Rarely do I hit double digits, usually pay in the range of $8-9 and it’s filled to the brim.
Over the years, it’s been interesting to see what is and was considered healthy.
