I’m not saying bartenders don’t deserve their tips. What I am saying is there is something fucked up with the gratuity formula when a waiter/waitress gets a $2 tip for 35 minutes of their time while a bartender gets the same $2 tip for two minutes of work… and the bartender gets to be shirtless. How is that fair?
