The NBA released another cool Christmas commercial this year. “Jingle Hoops” promotes their special edition Christmas day sleeved jerseys, or NBA jerseys with sleeves, or shirt uniforms… by Adidas.
“Jingle Hoops” brings together 6 NBA superstars, all of whom will be playing on Christmas Day. The ad features Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Steve Nash, and LeBron James shooting jump shots.
As the jumpers swish through nets fashioned with bells, the shots sound off to the tune of jingle bells.
This was a followup to last year’s “Dribbling the Bells” where NBA stars Dwight Howard, Carmelo Anthony, Joe Johnson, Russell Westbrook, and Dwyane Wade dribbled out “The Carols of the Bells.”
Looking at last year’s lineup, if they had replaced Joe Johnson with Kobe Bryant, they would have had five of the most polarizing stars in the NBA. With Durant, Curry, Rose, Nash and Harden, you have a much more likable lineup in 2013 (notice I left out LeBron?). Jesus Christmas!
