Steph Curry nails back-breaking 60 foot shot vs. Memphis Grizzlies
May 16, 2015 - City
It’s one thing to have Steph Curry running around shooting and making tough threes all around the arc, it’s another when he hits them from past half-court.
As it isn’t already demoralizing enough to frantically chase and contest Curry’s “normal” three point attempts, of which he would made 8 of 13 in the elimination game. Then you have to try to keep it together after the NBA MVP picks up a loose ball at the opposite free throw line and swishes a three at the buzzer… a shot that’s 62 feet away from the basket.
Curry shot 11-25 for the game; scoring 32 points in sending his Warriors to the Western Conference Finals. He also passed for 10 assists and pulled down 6 rebounds. Curry will bring his magic to the winners of the L.A. Clippers-Houston Rockets semifinal.
